I see now the sign on the left đ.It makes sense, but I would now argue that the bus stop sucks: no bench, no roof, no pole, no sign on the road...

true, but it's an industrial area crossed by a road where cars pass quickly, I think it only serves those going to and from work

Seems to me the general rule is, keep the pedestrians away from the motor vehicles but here I think there is a need for pedestrians to cross the road so first they must cross the cycle path. Maybe it's overkill and it looks a bit silly but there's probably good intentions behind it. -
