It's pretty clear from the #Bluesky CEO's shitposting that she really would rather not have all those uppity trans folks and their friends on the platform.@eloquence who could have POSSIBLY seen this coming? I mean, except anyone who has ever looked at any history of any tech company, ever?

I love my current project, I think of it as my third startup, but I also feel like the guy in Jaws when he said "we're gonna need a bigger boat."@nikclayton @jgg no one is saying otherwise. When in doubt, I will put my money in the hands of people who desperately need it.. and generate OVERWHELMING amounts of sound scientific evidence that this works. Problem is, the red state brigade doesn't believe in science. Tell me how I fix that, and I will try my best.

Would you rather do that.. or actual science that puts the money in the hands of the desperately poor?

We got WeChat tactics to avoid shadowbanning on tiktok now in the west!@drwhax there's a direct US civil rights reference here, DJ Playboy in Birmingham, Alabama circa 1963.
"James Bevel also wanted to use local radio stations to get the word out on protest day. He talked to Shelley as well as another local disc jockey named Paul White. His radio audience knew him as “Tall Paul.” Shelley says on May 2, 1963, he and “Tall Paul” announced the start of the children’s march. But, they did it in a roundabout way. They used codes."
