Sadly there doesn't seem to be a #usenet group for Mastodon. Maybe fediverse? Drat, nothing there either. I guess it would be kind of redundant to go to Usenet to chat about the fedi. 🤣

When I saw the vents under there a few weeks ago I thought "Ugh that looks like several days of work."I spent a big part of the morning trying to free up screws I could barely touch and couldn't see from close up. Removing the vinyl I discovered a large hole that some cowboy had chopped out instead of proper vent holes. Lots of cramped work ahead, but I'll be glad to fill that in.#homeReno #DIY

Aha - Remedy! Another observation – I think those who don't have the quoot feature yet are treated as if they have set their personal preference to "No quoting allowed" so that they retain control until their instance offers them the feature. A good choice for the roll-out.

A cursory cleaning, but so pleased to see that part of the top level and free of crud.
