    @blogdiva @iFixit @sewingI don't know where you live, but here in Britain we have a relatively new phenomenon called a 'Repair Cafe' where capable, talented volunteers try to fix whatever - electrical, electronic, textile, mechanical, etc... is brought to them. I do a bit of woodwork, and have recently repaired a high chair and a guitar (which gave ME a thrill to fix) which had a broken neck.

    Started my morning removing the tiniest wood splinter from the tip of my thumb. It was annoying me since yesterday's #carpentry activities.Good cross-over equipment use! The loupe magnifiers I use for microelectronics are very useful for the task, as are the associated very-sharp tweezers. And the isopropyl alcohol normally for circuit board cleaning is useful for cleaning the tools and micro-wound.This splinter was sooo tiny yet so annoying being right in the very tip of my thumb.
