@evan I'm asserting that all do. I haven't checked mine (was Shaw, now Rogers) since I first signed up but I'm assuming they do.
So I answered Yes, but... I don't use it because I don't want to be tied to them.

You know, I don't actually know? I've used standalone email services since 1996ish. I kept a Cogeco ISP account for a while, but after I switched providers I just haven't thought about it. -

@kalvin0x58c in broadcast mode, that is really hard to do. However, there is work right now for implementing end to end encrypted messaging over ActivityPub using MLS.
