Mom's been catching up with the recent Nepal revolution & she is beaming with support. She's like - This needs to happen in USA & Canada or else the baddies will do what Trump people are doing in USA in Canada too.
Mom hates Nazis, obviously. Mom has seen & been abused by some of the Nazis in Canada & loathes them all, for valid reason.

@slothrop @KraftTea That's actually a great phrasing. Even if the manager is skilled in the domain, a good manager needs to delegate and is focused on tasks that allow their direct reports to focus on their tasks at hand. So by definition, even under the healthiest of delegation structures, they need to have the situation explained to them by the person who's been delegated work.

@KraftTea There are times we speak to a more general audience, and there are times we are speaking to people closer to the know. In this case, we are trying to let the people who are close to the purpose of adopting it understand. In other cases, we go more high level. While an init system is important, the people who are likely to care already know what "init system" means.
By the way, I don't like the trope of "explain to a mom/grandma". It's never "a dad/grandpa". :\
