    @larma @daniel If you want to use a gateway, you likely need to disco it to look for registration mechanisms and adhoc commands you can use on it. I can't speak for all clients, but gajim disco JIDs in your roster, and if you have a slidge-based gateway that properly advertise its gateway type, it also uses that to add an icon to the avatar.

    @daniel Do you foresee issue in home hosting scenarios? In that case we have a dynamip IP and a local DNS override (meaning in wifi, ther server dns is a local ip and from 5g it's a public ip)

    @kenobitadmin Ricondivido e commento un mese dopo, perché nel mentre sono stato un po' impegnato e mi sono scordato (fortuna che il video l'ho tenuto da parte).Unico appunto: dire che con questo sistema si potrebbe "aggirare" (diciamo così) la scansione preventiva, solo perché il software è FOSS, non è propriamente corretto, in quanto comunque chi crea i client dovrebbe adeguarsi alla legge per operare.Chiudo consigliando Snikket per le cerchie di persone e le piccole comunità.
