This might be a super involved question, but how many pizzas worth of calories did you skip?Edit: for the sake of simplicity I'd be Ok with calculations in terms of an ideal, spherical pizza in a vacuum

An even 100lb in one year woulda been a neat button. And honestly? I'm not fuckin' bothered by falling 1150g shy of that mark. 🤷♀️
The last month has had my stamina pushing back against the drop, which has been aggressive. Winter was particularly brutal with the cold and wet standing in the way of exercise, so my muscle state isn't super awesome. Going to try to hold at 80-85kg for a few months to tighten up my core, build some muscle tone, and just generally get stable.

@saramg Congratulations: as somebody who did the same, just be careful of the "relapse" (especially if lots of bad things happen at once which prevent you from following your routine). I went from 105kg down to 75kg and now I'm 118kg :(

@EndlessMason Back of the napkin math.... somewhere between 500 and 750 pizzas?

Saying no to pizza 14 times a week! That's some amazing will power! -
