(Like, I understand if someone personally feels negative, for whatever reasons. But advocating that other people should be negative too? No.)
There are bad things in the world but nothing is improved by being negative about it. Saying people shouldn’t be positive is basically saying that things can’t be improved and we shouldn’t try, IMO.

@benjamineskola @rubenerd I agree. Precisely because for many of us this is a period that reminds us of sadness and painful past events, trying to rejoice for and with others is a healing balm. For ourselves and for the world.
