Ho lavorato per un ente pubblico qualche anno fa.
Per comversazioni istituzionali von io ministero, per scambio di file in tempi rapidi e collaborazione in tempo reale su documenti si usavano office di Microsoft, Whatsapp e Telegram.
Ho proposto l'uso di Nextcloud autogestito e - molto - più sicuro. È stato installato e provato.
Poi c'è stata una specie di rivolta interna perché "non mi trovo" e si è tornati indietro. C'è un grosso problema di cultura in Italia.

Threema is being bought by private equity. This usually means terrible news for users and employees as every last penny is squeezed out of the company. Maybe #Threema is the one exception to this well-documented pattern. Probably not.
