Good morning Fedi friends! This is the first time in forever - at least in over a YEAR - that I wake up to good news headlines.
HUGE CONGRATULATIONS TO NEW YORK CITY MAYOR ZOHRAN MAMDANI! 🥳
May this moment mark a turning point - and become a blueprint for how to run campaigns - for progressives the world over.
I feel like I’m finally seeing some light after being in a dark tunnel for a loooong time. I love this sense of hope (I forgot what it felt like) and I thank Mamdani for it.

Nella categoria: potrei avere un problema.
Ultimamente ho giocato un po' a Brütal Legend, in cui nel mondo sono seminascoste delle cose rosse che è utile trovare.
Ieri sera stavo parlando con @diegor e con la coda dell'occhio ho visto il coperchio rosso di una confezione di repellente per zecche e zanzare, e a metà conversazione il mio cervello è partito per la tangente.
(che poi, a voler ben vedere, nella stagione giusta il repellente per zecche e zanzare *è* utile e da un bonus alle caratteristiche personaggio)

Lately I've been playing Brütal Legend, where there are red things hidden around the world that are useful when found.
Yesterday evening I was talking to @diegor when I spotted the red cap of a bottle of tick and mosquito repellent on top of a cupboard, and in mid conversation my brain went “red! mine!”
(to be fair, in the right season tick and mosquito repellent *is* useful and gives a stat bonus)
