The coldest spot when I drove to work just now was -15 °C, which is quite cold for where I live now, but Oslo could get much colder (and probably is right now).
Edit: I checked. It is colder here. 🥶

@oschonrock Pipes freeze and crack, start leaking, then it gets colder and the water freezes. Happens quite a lot in cabins and houses not permanently occupied in Norway.
@veronica but wouldn't one drain the pipes before leaving a building over winter unoccupied? @oschonrock

@mos_8502 on one hand, violence is a language they're very comfortable with and enthusiastic about (as long as it's directed at those they view as worthless), while decent Americans generally aren't. Trump likes the violence and protects those who commit violence on his behalf. But, I don't know how you peacefully respond to cold-blooded murder in broad daylight with dozens of witnesses and three or four camera angles, if there are no consequences.

@krisfreedain @btp @fosstodon Our DeepL limit has now been expanded from 1.5 million characters to 2.5 million characters, for only €15 a month more (€50 pm in total). Translation should work again.
