I was maintaining the cooking fire. Between my parents, my siblings, their spouses and their children, we’re a very big family with 19 mouths to feed. Unfortunately, firewood is very expensive, so we resort to burning plastic for the fire. The plastic smoke is very unhealthy, but not everyone gets exposed to it, only I get exposed to it.

My family is staying near a water line, we get water once a day. We fill as many buckets as we can for drinking, for cooking, and for washing ourselves our things. There’s a real risk I tear up my clothes every time, and I don’t have many clothes at all. But there’s no choice.
