@JeanieBurrell That would be my guess, but I'm not sure. I think they have been seen on Preas Loch, though, so it's likely.

#Birds@withaveeay I think they might be Little Grebe. Worth watching as they do a great bonding thing, copying each other’s movements and then their weed dance, where they each carry a beak of weed,, rear up towards each other, and exchange weeds.

#Birds@withaveeay for bird calls, I've found the Merlin bird app (Cornell University) quite splendid. Birding friends say it's pretty good for UK and American birds.

@palaeo_lou Thanks. We've used whoBird in the past, though that's under threat because of Google's financial exclusion gatekeeping.
