This chair is almost ready to paint. I made it of beech and fir scraps, as a present for my parents. No plans, all improvised. One back stick broke during test assembly, so I cut the two extreme sticks short. #woodworking #chairs

Here is the finished chair. The light was dramatic this evening in the back garden, it made the waxed red paint pop out. #woodworking #chair
