@MicroSFF True to his legend, I guess, but...
... I never understood the living backwards thing. Communication problems aside... Would he just randomly work in places until the day he actually signs a job contract? How would he be able to do anything without changing the future he had just come from? What if he bumps into something - would somebody go and carefully arrange a broken vase on the floor, just so it can become whole once Merlin bumps into it?
