At release we had a great basis for good Remasters developed by a team with passion for the games (Saber Interactive), 2 years later we've ended up with Aspyr ruining the games further, no fixes for issues or QoL updates, way more bugs, AI slop outfits and a half-baked Challenge Mode that doesn't make any sense.

@Radgryd Wow. such a damn shame! :( I thought this patch looked really cool when I saw the news update. 4-6 Remaster was already way worse than 1-3, I guess it's not that surprising that they keep fucking it up.

Now I'm glad they cancelled/delayed the Deus Ex remaster.

@dona 4-5 actually has less bugs than 123 (controller hotkeys are bugged since Patch 3) and more QoL updates (better braid, toggles, video sequencing). I was on hopium waiting for them to introduce those to 123, but we got a shit mode and more bugs instead. 😬

@Radgryd Ah really? I guess I never ran into those or noticed the animation stuff. I remember the 4-6 launch being REALLY rough and it took them months to make it decent. They're obviously under a lot of pressure to dish these updates out and it really sucks.

5 days later, still no reaction from either Aspyr or Crystal, while their socials keep getting blasted by fans asking for fixes or *any* kind of acknowledgement. 🥱

We're down to 30% positive reviews, by the way, and it's not even been a week since the patch. It's gonna keep dropping.

@Radgryd This is just horrible. When they accidentally pushed a patch (2? maybe) on Epic, it was reverted in hours. Now all 3 games are broken and they don't give a f. So sad to see this happen to the franchise.
