@Weird_Willow those are "viola del pensiero" seed's capsule. Seeds are easy to regrow there in spring (in my pots they are growing just now because the warm autumn) not sure about the exact cultivar, but...
Also looks like the plant was covered by soil, may be you added some soup there?

If there's one thing cloud providers are going to do, it's cost a shocking amount. We moved a couple of sites (a busy download server and a website) to AWS, and cost went from $24/month to $190 for a week. Difference is old host includes 3TB of transfer (and we use more than half of it each month), I guess Amazon charges for it.
