@stefano The next thing that will happen after the fog is that the phone battery is empty. That's how it always happens in movies 😄
@raven it's at 67%. I'm safe. 😂

Opened the window to check a noise.
Saw nothing but the void - a wall of fog.
Closed it.I now have zero answers and new fears.

@stefano Also, this might be a weird time to bring this up, but last year my girlfriend interviewed you for a university essay. I think she's been too busy to remember to thank you properly, but it turned out really well (she got an A) and the professor specifically mentioned things you had said as good points.

@vagnretur oh, I'm glad she got an A! I remember that interview and I'm glad it's been useful to her.

@stefano I'd just start to be worried if it was some kind of ship's fog horn nearby and approaching.🙈

@Tionisla exactly. Considering that the sea is more than 50 KMS far from here.

@stefano
it's not only distance here it's altitude, too (posting this from around 3m below sea level). And yes at foggy weather ship horns can regularly be heard here.Maybe a night bird or some kind of noctural animal... Fog is like a low pass filter and distorts and muffles noises...
