@artemis "slow and gentle and paying attention to my body signals" makes me think of Qi Gong movements. Over the past 2 years or so that's been the only kind of movement I can consistently manage even on bad days (that, and perhaps going for a walk). lmao so true. i have encylopedic knowledge of which of my local activist friends own cars and who doesn't and whenever someone asks me if i need a ride i'm always asking "hey can you bring T and S and Z too" because they're neighbors of mine I know also don't drive

I put my hand up to help when they were looking for a volunteer because "some guy in Canada wants to stream the conference". Go. Volunteer. Even if you just carry a box or pull a cable.
