@stefano My morning was sub par so far. Just got a call from a sales department of our local newspaper trying to sell my late wife a testing subscription. When I told she passed away a couple of months ago without hesitation they immediately switched and tried to sell it to me...😔 🤷♀️

@Tionisla Terrible, terrible sales techniques. I really don't understand how those people could be so detached from reality.

@stefano well, they do what they got told, imo. The problem is further up so they have to do this in the first place.I was polite but told them not to call me again and take all the data out of their database.
The funny thing I used to work for that newspaper for a short while publishing stuff. 🤷♀️

@nina_kali_nina <3 I'm trying to draw more regularly myself, but I do long drawing sessions only every few weeks.
In my experience, if you have a long hiatus from drawing, some of your skills will erode, but they erode slower than other skills and as long as you remember how you developed the skill you can get it back pretty quick with practice.

@bryan I watched the first couple seasons of Survivor, but it was so contrived and game show like, it didn't have enduring appeal for me. Alone feels like the real thing, at least so far, and that's more powerful than the manufactured drama and competition of Survivor and most reality TV. They still do a lot of human interest back story stuff, where they try to find inspiring or heart-tugging details about the people, which I don't care for...
