in realtà quando ho molto sonno il caffé non mi fa bene, mi provoca cali di pressione. da amico diventa nemico. non ci si può fidare più di nessuno! 😂 -

Ci vorrebe una sorta di riavvicinamento graduale, il lunedì si lavora solo la mattina e da pranzo in poi si dorme. Così non serve neppure il caffè e le arterie ringraziano -

Lavorare tutti un'ora al giorno dai 25 ai 50 anni dovrebbe bastare, certo quando si diceva erano altri tempi... ma con max 2 ore dovremmo cavarcela 😋

I think Jay Graeber's biggest accomplishment: she allowed the Bluesky engineering team to follow their hearts on what they saw as pursuing the best design. Not easy to do given all the other pressures in the role.
