As the old saying goes, "all mushrooms are edible; some are just edible once." Then you die and they pour your liver out like a dirty oil pan.
Y'all please do not eat fungi that you can't trust 10 times over with a solid ID. If you find yourself texting a friend to ask if it's edible, the answer is don't eat it.

@andypiper I know! He justifiably called me out in the episode with @phillycodehound because it took six months to find a date. But in my defense it’s a time zone issue… I’m basically unavailable from 10am EST until the end of the day 🙃

I didn't think that deleting my #BlueSky account would be on the list for this year when I started my #SocialMedia / #DigitalDetox this year. But after being apart from all platforms, only #Mastodon feels like returning to a place that feels like a #digital #home to me.
I got rid of most algorithm based platforms quite early this year, after reclaiming my focus. Only exception is #YouTube where I watch mostly #minimalism and #Privacy related content these days.
But with the recent #revelations about things going on with bluesky, I feel like it's a good time to say #goodbye to their platform.

now there's two studies from the same photo. First one has my regular (bad for watercolors) paper and the second one has watercolor paper. for both I tried to use black on shadows, it's.. a result 😅
It was also with my old watercolors so i had to color correct and crank up the saturation quite a lot. I'm not sure how i feel about the black shadows
this is why i'm exploring
