@so_nault Welcome to Mastodon! If you’re not already aware of #SolarPunkSunday, I think you might love both that hashtag and many of the folks who use it. They share a ton of your hobbies and interests.

I guess it's time to do a reintroduction! Hello, I'm Anubi, also known as AnubiArts, and I do lots of art in different mediums, usually pixel art, may it be open source projects, emoji packs, redraws of silly animals, you name it I have known and been a part of the fediverse for a few years now, may it be Mastodon, it's forks, Wafrn and recently Pixelfed (at @anubiarts), I've been missing the vibe of text only posts and the like from Mastodon and Wafrn tho, so I wanted to move over to my old (now current) wafrn account at waf.moe and uh… Pixelfed sadly lacks account migrations , so unless that can be fixed, I guess we're starting all over again now!! Below are some of the arts I did before, if you like them or are interested in more, consider following me here!!! #Introduction #PixelArt #Art #FediArt #LowPoly #3D #LowPoly3D #AnubiArts #ReIntroduction

@sashin 3/3When it comes to the "dulling", I meant that it will depend HEAVILY on the person. We're talking about personal perception, and it's always very hard to make generalized statements in that context. From what I know from my expertise in music, I would assume you're talking about predictability. Stuff is getting predictable, and your brain is getting bored. That's not a generalized experience, though. I'll happily listen to some music tracks on loop. It's all about your perception

@mostarr Not Gen X, so I just caught the tail of it, but I miss the days when folks would just give you a small amount of space and told you that you could whatever you wanted with it. We created wild, amazing things during that time for no other reason but that we could or that we loved some thing enough to make a space for it. I learned most of what I know about computers during that time as well.
