@Viss that's the kind of thing, if i were using that, that i'd put in .git/exclude
.gitignore is for things that can be expected to be present, but shouldn't be checked out, .git/exclude is anything specific to your tools

@Viss NO KIBITZING!!

cool, so there's a whole new github dork people can do: claude chatlogs.
they live in .claude/logs/ and are full text records of peoples entire conversations with claude
and they're ending up in public on github because i guess people arent adding them to .gitignore
happy monday! ai is going great!
@Viss That should contain some fun stuff

@stux i need to write a scraper. its on my list of stuff to do today, heh

@Viss getting F1000 companies to sign up for a subscription is likely going to suck ass. It is not that they don't want but the processes are incredibly difficult. "Onboarding with SAP". That kind of stuff. https://techcrunch.com/2010/11/13/new-enterprise-customer/ is a fun read (from a terrible source).

@Viss so this is fun but also, there is no list of ingredients that I can see. This feels a bit 1870, before we collectively agreed on health agemcies and food regulations.
Does Etsy not require some indication of what is in food?

@Viss Needs to be usb-c or is a C8 or C14 inlet ok?

@AMS the idea is that its easy when taken on travels, and bonus points for usb-c because it saves the trouble of having to deal with international power adapters. sadly anker, the solution im using for usbc high amperage power, only seems to come with US plugs, so if i have other countires buying these things, those folks will get stuck with adapters, and im trying to avoid those

@axx what would you prefer to see that would both 1) satisfy your needs and 2) not give away 100% of my recipe so that people can just rob me?

@bert_hubert i am very well aware of shitty procurement departments making life miserable. the way im going to set this up is so that people can just drop a credit card, and whoever is buying can deal with their procurement department

@axx also there's some inference you can take in that ive been publishing long build threads with behind the scenes pictures that are full of ingredients, so if you havent seen those, maybe scroll back in my feed.
also also, having done this for nearly ten years in a row, youd think that if i was mr shady badguy putting evil shit the sauce, there would be like, a single complaint or something, or etsy would have nuked me by now.

@Viss Why not both dot JPEG?

@Viss this very much is stuff ive dabbled in before, mostly with wifi probes though. and there used to be a software called SnoopyV2 that did some of this stuff through disposable nodes and correlated it all to a maltego graph. Was neat but at the time i was too cheap to build out all the nodes.

@darfplatypus imagine attaching nzyme or kismet to ha and doing threshhold triggering of logging and pcaps. it gets nuts fast

@Viss there's a building down the street here that messes with my BT headphones every time I walk by, really annoying. So im certain they are doing all kinds of fun data collection/RF stuff 🙃
