The online world can be a dark, overwhelming place and I just wanted to encourage others to shine a light on people who make a positive difference... to say, "I see you, I hear you and I value you."

I'm just a normal person, after all. But I realize, why wait for a leader? I can start things myself too. I don't need to wait until the work is done by someone else. And Joy is such an example of strength. Helping her people survive while she struggles for her own survival. She values empathy with her people and humanity over competition. Joy, you're a true hero. π
