🚗 accompanied driving from 17
🚗 EU-wide bans for serious offences
🚗 a minimum 2-year probation for new drivers
🚗 a digital licence alongside the physical cardOur goal: safer roads for all.

@EUCommission How about we raise the bar from 18 to 30, and spend some more money on public transport instead?

@trwnh@mastodon.social that's ridiculous. Why does every other AP service have to create activity handlers just to get a baseline permissive behaviour?
I understand the consent respecting aspect, but if the behaviour is "allow all", it should be as simple as a flag.
Too bad I didn't pay enough attention to the FEP draft.

@maikel@vmst.io well, over promising builds hype and it is easier to sell promise than a product.
I only ever post when I have something concrete to show. It means I have less engagement, but it also means I never over promise.
It does not mean I am right. I think the right balance lies somewhere in between.
