A #kefir batch completed nicely today. That's seven or eight batches since I started, and I seem to average around ten days between them.
Good results each time now. It works most nicely when the days are cooler, then the cultured grains seem to be at their happiest.
Will make yoghurt on the weekend. Seems like that's needed roughly once a month. Pretty easy to do when it becomes a routine.
