I do recommend sending questions in to them. None were answered in this update, but we'll see if they get addressed in future updates.
If you are not comfortable with the lack of transparency Ruby Central has shown in the past, and want to *also* record your question in public in a place others can find it, I set up this repository:

@Zambunny @Donutsaurus @bagigio Ti parlo da traduttore professionista (qui i giochi che ho fatto: https://www.mobygames.com/person/424645/fabio-bortolotti/ ) che ha mollato il settore proprio per questo motivo.
C'è un'enorme questione etica, oltre a quella pratica dello strumento vs servizio: queste macchine sono state addestrate con le NOSTRE traduzioni e i profitti vanno tutti alle aziende private che hanno operato il furto.
Io, come "consumatore", non voglio avere a che fare con prodotti fondati su questo.
