Tony Kaye - Il distacco.
Un magistrale Adrian Brody interpreta un insegnante in una scuola superiore. Fra il ricco catalogo di problemi dei ragazzi e quello dei drammi suoi, dei colleghi e della società, lui pronuncia parole e compie gesti che gli fanno guadagnare la fiducia dei ragazzi e l’attenzione devota di chi guarda il film.
Scrittura intensa e poetica, regia piacevole con l’uso frequente del primissimo piano. Da vedere, non solo per chi è insegnante.
