Nell'immagine la stima di ChatGPT in base alla descrizione dell'immobile per calcolare i costi vivi di gestione (tra i 250K e i 450K EUR/anno).
Ho chiesto anche la stima del valore massimo di reddito da lavoro (non da capitale) e mi ha dato un valore inferiore alla manutenzione annuale della villa.
Anche lui ne ha concluso che la villa la può avere e mantenere solo chi ha rendite non legate al lavoro.

@nyquildotorg if it is killed while it's active (I mean, it's focused on the screen, even if paused), it is most likely the OOM (out of memory) killer. Remove some stuff that runs all the time, if you can.
If you're looking at other stuff when it's killed, it's still probably a memory thing, but maybe not the OOM killer, maybe just regular "cleanup" tasks shutting down stuff Android thinks isn't super important to make room for what you're currently doing.

Is there a trick to get Android to stop killing my media apps? If I pause something for more than a couple minutes the app just gets killed. Sometimes it gets killed while it's not paused.
