@eniko I'm of two minds on this. I've come across too many people trying to take credit for an idea they actually got from someone else to not appreciate knowing what the actual original source is.

requestPictureInPicture() (PiP / PinP) does not work in Home Screen Web Apps (PWA) on iOS/iPadOS. https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=303885 "Multiple developers have independently reported this issue over the past four years … This significantly degrades the value proposition of Home Screen web apps compared to:
- The same experience in Safari on the same device
- PWAs on other platforms where PiP works in standalone mode".It's almost as if Apple want to hobble PWAs just enough to make them unviable, but functional enough to claim to regulators that there is a distribution channel outside the App Store and the Apple Tax.

Semmai i problemi della Svizzera sono altri: per dire, che l'Europa sia una grande Svizzera, è una provocazione ricca di spunti, ma deve continuare a essere vista solo come una provocazione: la UE ha un'eterogeneità sociale e una proiezione internazionale ben diverse

Troppo legato ad un software specifico. Meglio #fediaiuto o semplicemente #aiuto ? Avete idee alternative?Poi ben vengano gli hashtag #aiutosegreto e #unoaiuto ma a mio parere limitano l’hashtag alle specifiche community
Se l’obbiettivo é quello di interagire solo con la community dell’istanza allora apposto. Ma d’altro canto usare questi hashtag é limitante.
#chiesebrutte funziona perché universale. É un hashtag che trascende le istanze

@justine @crisl_at Yes, I do. I've tested both SeaweedFS and Garage for the Mastodon media files - while migrating from Minio, I saw that Garage started to be extremely slow and use all my cpus after more or less 60 GB. SeaweedFS is much more tailored to this use case and it's fast and extremely light on CPU and other resources.
The people developing Garage suggested me to re-test with a recent release as there have been some improvements but I haven't performed those tests, yet.
At the moment, I'm happy with SeaweedFS and I'm using it both for the BSD Cafe and illumos Cafe instances.
