Luckily I noticed that the tip is now closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, presumably to save money. (This from a council that happily wastes money on over-frequent bin emptying and pointless road widening.)

@jim_easterbrook I recently discovered that our local tip has a sophisticated mechanism - a wheelie bin with a slot cut in the side, where you insert an old laptop for recycling...

Stamane ho versato nella borraccia da 1 LT che portò al lavoro il tè verde lasciato in infusione da ieri sera. Ne ho bevuto la metà e già faccio le sforbiciate nei corridoi con i colleghi che mi chiedono il numero di telefono del pusher... mi sa che ho esagerato.
