Just finished reading most of the Minnesota v. DHS lawsuit and its just a massive constitutional violation wrapped in police violence and state's rights infringement.
Each offense more shocking than the last.
At the end of the day the AG of Minnesota is asking for very reasonable relief.
That the ICE/CBP surge END and that anytime ICE/CBP do have legit warrants they need to follow basic police procedures like respecting the constitution.

Another major story today are the internal communications leaked by ICE agents showing that while Kristi Neom and Bovinio are brash in public, internally they are struggling to maintain the moral needed to staff their surge operations.

The agents put a citizen into handcuffs and dragged him into an unmarked car that had no license plates at all!
