OK so apparently #Firefox 147 is the last one I'll have and use. I guess #WaterFox and #PaleMoon will be my next contenders as primary browsers. Any recommendations on what to use on #Android instead? I'm currently using #Fennec which is the Firefox port on #FDroid.
@amoroso@GeePawHill In general it was a mature project with a well-defined formal process. I was very lucky and privileged to work with incredibly smart people to implement their mathematical solutions as code. Like most big projects and similar to GeePaw's experience, there was a serious disconnect between what was desired, what was possible, and what ultimately got delivered. These stories could have been lifted out of Robert Britcher's "The Limits of Software" (a unique combination of biography, essay, and novel) https://openlibrary.org/books/OL7407468M/The_Limits_of_Software
