I want to make sourdough bread, but I'm also lazy and impatient. So I just had an idea of making pseudo sourdough bread, where I add sourdough culture (or maybe discard) to a dough, but also use quick rise yeast and make it like a quick rise yeast bread, still getting flavor from the sourdough starter but not waiting ages and hoping to time it just right when the dough is at the proper amount of rise to bake, not over proofed, etc.
Any thoughts?

@Mutedog I often do it when I'm having too much sourdough discard to deal with, and not enough time to make proper sourdough bread, plus in a few recipes where it's actually required.
it's not exactly the same taste as sourdough bread
but 100% worth trying
