I think I just wrote the *absolute worst* article draft. I mean, it’s horrific and I’m kind of embarrassed by just how superbly I mixed up concepts and cliches. It’s also so soulless it could have been written by AI. So, that’s how my night’s going. How’s yours? #WritingCommunity

@justincox if it makes you feel any better, the first draft I wrote for my Fedi promo video was absolutely appalling. I had to discard every single line… but then I was so horrified that I got inspired to write v2 as if I was talking to a dear friend. And loved the result… it’s super close to the final script for the video 😅

@kenobit Anni fa per una fiera dell'IT di Colonia (non gaming) andammo a cena con dei clienti. Arrivati alla fine e dovendo dividere i costi della serata, il locale decise di semplificare la divisione traducendo l'intero conto nell'equivalente ammontare di... bicchierini di birra.
Immaginate spiegare all'ufficio personale perché la nota spese di noi tre riportava una cena di 75 birre...

non mi pare possa esser efficacepraticamente tu vai da un avvocato
e gli dici:
tanti vengono da lei ma io so che lei neanche è avvocato
tuttavia dà speranza anche se direttamente non ha mai vinto una sola causa
anzi
proprio non è mai andato a processo
semmai altri lo hanno fatto a suo nome
quindi mi assista signor avvocato di cartone e con barba finta così non ci fa sentire esclusi e siccome è pro bono tanti saluti e iddio, (cui qui nessuno crede) le renda meritoio boh
