Hey hey friends who get #migraines, can you please share your favorite tips? I seem to be getting a new condition, lolsob. I think it's likely hormonal (i.e. peri/menopause).
Right now things that help are: sometimes caffeine (sometimes that backfires), Tylenol (Advil does little), that headache music I mentioned before, getting off screens and away from bright lights and noise, rest, or VERY gentle movement (like slow zen-walking around the house).
What works for you? (boosts welcome!)
