Last night I woke up with a horrible headache, like... Seriously painful. Then sudden need to do poop, felt like I was gonna shit my trousers. Then, nausea. I threw up with the force of a catapult.
Took painkillers for the head,didn't help. Tried to lay down, couldn't because it triggered nausea. I pooped 4 more times. Almost threw up again.
Dragged my ass in bed, just sitting there between falling asleep exhausted and having to run to vomit.
Eventually it all passed and I could sleep.
Only reminder of that is my throat burning and feeling swollen.
Wtf was that, bloody hell.

@raccoon intestinal virus or are something that violently didn't agree with you. I've had similarly bad experience a couple of times in the past.
