Try this simple trick:
Stop. Sit down and feel your feet on the floor.
In: Breathe in slow for 4 counts.
Out: Breathe out slow for 6 counts.
Three slow breaths tell your body: "I am safe right now." This small release helps sadness flow out, bringing calm back. Give yourself permission to pause and breathe today.
Breathe slow. FLOW.
