@simonemartelli Business plan.... per ora è solo una farneticazione nella mia mente ! Il problema (1) è tecnologico : ci stavo ragionando e servirebbero persone in grado di assemblare con stampa 3d dei case per desktop in cui riadattare l'HW e (2) servirebbero dei maghi in grado di super ottimizzare linux.... funzionalità moderna su hw vecchio.
Garanzia.... eh.... anche quello è un bel rebus in effetti su hw vecchio e di cui non sai la storia....

divulgazione non solo sul software libero e dare maggior consapevolezza:
- sulla sicurezza informatica,
- sul difendere l’accesso e l’uso pubblico di Internet che non è scontato per nulla.Fare un business plan sarebbe una sfida enorme ma stimolante sicuramente :)

È una bella idea.
Il modello economico può sostenersi solo come etico, però quindi il giro di affari non credo sia scalabile, da un punto di vista progettuale è un vincolo non banale;
l’altra sfida che vedo al volo è la garanzia che puoi dare al tutto e che e tendente a zero, perché non puoi garantire per ram e processori vecchi di anni da non sai quale uso;
Resta una bellissima idea non solo etica e eco-sostenibile ma anche come occasione per fare divulgazione
