    Sometimes I think I should retire my account. Mostly because I don't have happy go lucky content much of the time. We don't want to be a downer.Don't get me wrong. We do have a good life. An abundance of love and one of the sweetest dogs in the universe.It's just that our activities don't vary extensively, we spend much of our time dealing with health challenges, and those obligations come before creative and more interesting pursuits. After tooting regularly for three years I might have shared everything at least once.Summer is our constant companion and though I got her out for a lengthy run on our property today it was too rainy for photos.While I'm writing Summer is teasing me with her pink bunny because she knows I can't resist and that I will take two minutes to play no matter what is on my plate. The upside is that we are hanging in there and we love you all. #Summer #DogsOfMastodon

    I didn't realize that upgrading the cell phones for six people would be so complicated. It took a family meeting, a spreadsheet, and a phone call with customer service. Trying to prioritize our wants and needs against the cost and hard sell service provider tactics.We finally figured it out.I am old enough to remember when my whole family shared one phone on the wall and we all knew each other's business for better or worse.I don't tell the grandkids that, because it sounds too much like walking to school up hill both ways.Sometimes, I wonder how I ever got so dependent on a device that shares my personal information with goodness knows who.It must be progress, right?Summer says she prefers her in person communication style.#Summer #DogsOfMastodon
