My father Francesco ("Chino") was born in 1922 in Italy.
In 1940 the fascist government sent him a letter requiring him to enroll in the military for WW2. He didn't and hid.
A fascists' squad went to his home and took his younger brother Togno (10) until my father turned himself in.
They sent him to a correctional camp. He fled and became a partisan leader against fascism.

@FlavioB questo senza ombra di dubbio, spostare la gomma sulla rotaia dovrebbe essere tassativo.
Ma nell'attesa che si riesca a fare, (qui da noi, dubito) riuscire a ridurre l'impatto dei Tir sarebbe un passo avanti.
