Extortion, vote stealing, voter suppression and obstructing the vote come to mind.

It’s terrorism, by the standard definition you can get from the FBI.
When you perform organized violence to intimidate the public or its government, in pursuit of a political goal, you’re doing terrorism.
They previously justified their actions as necessary for national security. If they now offer a quid pro quo (even facetiously) to the state government, they are confessing the whole thing was for political goals.
