Everything has become too complicated for me, since Apple and Google set the hurdles so high - in the future I will only tinker with apps in the webstack and no more smartphone apps, all the tracking is also annoying like hell. fu apple, fu google, fu microsoft.I'm thinking about porting an app to Ubuntu Touch as a test, maybe I'll enjoy it 🤔 would also be a way to turn my back on gafam.#bigtech #apple #google #gafam #tracking #appdevelopment #smartphone

@Pouakai @Tutanota Not quite how it works... Right now it is voluntary and only US tech has chosen to apply it. If it becomes a requirement under 2.0 (which we need to fight) there's no difference, but you can't blame companies for complying with the EU regulation.
