i got one at the Logan Square farmer's market today (in Chicago)
at a table raising money for a Palestinian family

the whistles came with a 'know your rights paper,' it was all supplied by the ACLU

i cant find anything about that particular campaign online, but you could just donate to the ACLU if youre interested
