You know what I want to see in the world?
Fewer people pointing out problems, and more people suggesting solutions. And then doing the work to implement them.
Thats the world I want.
@haubles I don’t know much but I know I have great neighbours and that feels like something.

@haubles Is that pointing out a problem or suggesting a solution? :)

@haubles can't when governments around the world stomp on what you do, even governments outside of the country you live in: Starting with their currency, all fiat and worthless.
Believe in Jesus Christ, the only one who can't fail.

@soapone respectfully I disagree, governments aren’t permanent fixtures. change is always possible. It’s just not easy

@zoul the first step to solving a problem is acknowledging there is one and naming it 😉

@haubles
Identifying & analyzing problems is an *absolutely essential* part of solving them, is it not?In fact, sometimes if people are offering "solutions" without understanding the problems, they can do a *lot* of harm, right?

@artemis I agree, and that’s very thoughtfully phrased. There’s a Goldilocks zone between planning and execution - that’s where I want to live.

@mxjaygrant Can you share a bit more about what is making you say that? This post wasn't directed at Mastodon users, and I don't feel that way about our users at all. But if there's something I've done to make you feel that way, I'd like to work to improve.
