    @LibertyOverGovYes and but also some of these people have been with ICE for a long time. Jonathan Ross, who killed Renee Good, joined ICE in 2015. Alex Pretti's killers are also like a decade in. We tried the whole "it's the training" thing before. We not doing that anymore. Nope. It's not the training. It's the whole thing. #abolishdhs #abolishice
