La bozza europea che promette di “riordinare” le norme digitali sembra in realtà ridurre le tutele del Gdpr e spostare l’equilibrio verso piattaforme e infrastrutture. Con conseguenze dirette sul diritto alla privacy sancito dalla Carta dei diritti fondamentali
