#copenhagen #denmarkAs a German, I already had 2 moments of culture shock.
1. Supermarkets and other stores are open today (a Sunday), some until very late (like 10 pm)
2. Free (and clean) public restrooms 😳
Also so far everyone I talked to spoke English, but I’m also finding that I can understand like 50% of Danish because it has a lot of words that look similar to the German ones.

E lo fanno senza ricevere lo stipendio di un dirigente, senza campi da golf, isole private, sbalzi di umore, ego ingombranti e quel compiacimento nel rendere infelici gli altri esseri umani.

@hazelnot I can't find it because all of the search terms I can think of are overloaded with common products, but I saw an article about a display that was an array of fiber optic wires, one per pixel. it was an art installation
